She's starving for fuel, either the carburetor is still not right, or you have a fuel delivery problem. Does it have a sediment bowl? Does it need cleaned? Is there crud or rust in the fuel tank that is restricting the fuel flow? How about the fuel tank cap? If it is a vented cap, and the vent holes are plugged, you will get those symptoms.
