Maybe an in tank pump. Put in fuel and turn the key on. You may hear it running. I'm not familiar with this tractor but the fuel system may be recirculating so that it self purges itself of air up to the injection pump. You may only need to crack the lines on the injectors to clear the air out. A call to a Deere dealer would be a good idea. Your not the first to do this I'm sure.
