The down force feature on the IH fasthitch can be a very useful feature, posthole diggers, back blades etc. They all had a pin in the hitch that when removed allowed them to float like a conventional 3pt, although somewhat limited travel. The down side to them is finding 2pt fasthitch equipment is becoming very difficult.
