Don't know how you can say the 2 don't compare. By the Neb tests the 9N ford has 23HP and guess what same tests says the H has yep you guessed it 23HP. So you can compare them since if both run right they have the same HP. Sorry I don't knock any tractor all of them have there good points and bad points. And yes I own both a 9N, 8N ,and a farmall H, plus about 25-30 other tractors of most colors
