BolenTractor Pressure Plate

I recently received a rebuilt pressure plate for a Bolens Model #1502 G-152 Diesel Iseki Model II TX2140T. When I opened the box there was a note attached to the fingers and it said to adjust them to the proper height and reinstall cotter keys in the adjustment nuts.

What is the proper height? Can anyone help me on this?
