The engine is 256 cu. in. and probably turns around the mid 50 hp. It is basically a bullet proof unit if properly maintained. My son's 1969 has a zillion hours and is still strong. If the tractor is in good condition and doesn't look and drive like it has been beat/neglected it would bring 4-5 grand in this neck of the woods. Another grand in tires and you should be good to go. How many hours does it have on the tack? If over 5000 hours there might be a few things that will need attention. Clutch? etc. It is one of the strongest Fords ever built. Good Luck.
