Dunno about your oil pressure gauge... maybe the gauge is bad? Try hooking up a gauge you know is for sure good and reads to 100 psi, see where you are at. The water cooling system is called thermo-siphon, hot water rises, cold water drops. The water will cycle through the radiator and block on its own. It was this way on the F12, F14, A, and B tractors. Never had a problem with any of mine.
