Hi JDG, if becoming a veterinary is your passion in life then go for it with everything you have. If it is your true passion you will succeed and be very satisfied with your accomplishment. It will take some sacrifice but well worth it in the long run. My niece started working for a vet when she was starting high school and quickly went from a shy little girl to a very confident student who knew what she wanted to do with her life. She is completing her second year of veterinary school at Michigan State right now and loves every minute of the training. It is great to see a young person identify their passion and get the proper training to make it their life’s occupation.
