They don't move them for free here in Nebraska! This State has the ONLY publicly owned utilities in the nation. The rates are lower, but when you have to move something, they have to be involved and get paid EVEN IF THERE ARE NO LINES TO MOVE. We moved a house 3 years ago. They had one line to move at the begining and one about mid way into the trip. They stayed for the whole move and we paid them by the hour to sit in the truck and watch us. All SIX of them.
