Here is a response from the scamer I received after aasking about the tractor ad from Iowa. Thank you for your interest in my tractor.The total price is :4,800 Usd (shipping included)
I worked in USA for the past 6 months and I purchased the tractor there.
My company wanted me back home,so currently I'm in Italy.
I didn't bring it home with me because the car have US Standard,and so it's difficult driving it in Italy.
The vehicle is in good condition,as no technical damage at all,no scratches or dents,no hidden defects,no smoking.Technical inspection and emissions testing is passed and stamped as well.
It has title of ownership,cleared of any obligations or fees and comes with all the documents you need to register it.
The car is now located at the Yesterday' Tractor Headquarters in Columbus,Oh.

The vehicle will be shipped and insured by Yesterday's Tractor Headquarters so every single step of our transaction will be supervised by Yesterday's Tractors. They will act as a 3rd party for our transaction. You will not have to pay additional taxes for this.To be able to receive or pick up the car you'll have to make a $990 USD deposit.The rest of money you will send me when you will receive,verify and register the car on your name.
After you inspect the vehicle if anything seems wrong you'll be able to receive a refund.
