That lift set up from the PCU to the front with the sheaves, looks unique, possibly a LaPlante- Choate, as might be the blade. It looks manufactured, I'd take a close look at the blade and see if there is a MFR tag on it, good chance it goes with the rest, it's possible someone wanted a blade on the tractor and put it together from factory components. If it's a factory built one, it sure makes the tractor a little more desirable and unique, there are'nt a lot of those LeTourneau era cable dozer blades around any more. I've never seen that configuration before, check on the ACMOC and ACME websites, post a few shots, they'll like that tractor. The head has been off that 22 for awhile, ( I hate when people do that- at least pack er with grease and cover it up ) the track pads look new, have to wonder if the rest of the U/C is that new, if it is someone will want it as a parts macchine. I can't imagine getting those pistons out, I'm not sure if that gas engine is sleeved, what a challenge to fix that one, kind of a shame when they're left with a good U/C, most of the other work to do on these is not as expensive as replacing U/C parts and usually worth doing if the U/C is good. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity". After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents. A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
