I would think that most auto parts stores would carry rubber line in assorted sizes that is rated for fuel. If not you might try a shop that services small engine lawn and garden stuff. A Snapper lawn mower that I own equipped with an 8 horse Briggs engine, uses a rubber fuel hose with a steel sleeve over it in the area where it goes around the exhaust, so you might try finding a length of steel brake line tubing with an inside diameter sufficient to allow the rubber line to pass through, and then gently bend and shape the whole thing to fit your application.
