I've bought stuff on eBay and seen it take almost 6 weeks to arrive. Anything under 30 days, I'm pleasantly surprised. For that reason, if at all possible i have it shipped UPS. That'll be here inside 4 business days. I think about the best you can do, at this point, is scan and email any ticket you got from the shipper to prove you did, indeed, send it. I also received a credit card bill once, all chewed up and in a plastic bag. The writing on the bag said something to the effect of "this rarely happens, but in your case it did." So chewed up it was open, and I couldn't even find the balance due. So of course I first got the fraud alert stuff going on, and then I contacted the credit company (citibank) to get a new statement issued. Then it was a bit of a rush to get it paid on time.
