I hear ya Curt, and it's tough all over, even worse south of here. I lucked out. Guy in town wanted me to put up 20 acres of irrigated alfalfa on shares. Just rolled it up this morning, 45 bales, kinda bleached out and stemmy but the bossie cows will eat anything next winter. I'd still like to roll up a couple hundred bales of wheat straw.

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation.
