Hey Jim, just how may bales fit an 18 inch trailer? (just kid'n) We x-fer to a 8x20 deck over from a 7x14 wagon. It sure is nice to have a flat deck to work with. 2 of us did 30a in one day with my little red Ford 250 here last week. Only counted over 18 one time in a windrow (plunger strokes). Counted quite a few 14’s, a couple 12's and one at 9 (a little hard on it). Old dog was working that day. So were we. Never pluged or missed a knot. Stacked a bunch of hay that night. Didn't get home till midnight. Bad part was grass was way down and we only got a little over 600 bales. Should have been 900. Good part was only about 25 made it to my barn. $$$$ to pay the help and ME!
