I think you will find an H waaay underpowered for a 7' tiller in "tough sod". I guess if you have a small spot and make several pass' you could get it to work, but for real field work you need closer to 50 pto hp for a 7' tiller..

Loose soil and sand tills much easier than wet soil or hard sod.
