Ok, from the top line that goes something like File-Edit-View-Favorites-Tools-Help, Click on HELP Go down to "About Internet Explorer" (If says something different, like "About Mozilla Firefox" -- let us know!!!) Click on that; a pop-up box should come up with whole bunch of computer nerd goobly gook. But what we're looking for is a line that says "Version" and all I really care about is the three or four characters following version which should tell us if you have IE Version 5, 5.5, or 6.0. If we know precisely what version you have, then we can give specific directions to follow for that browser. What's critical is what comes right after "Version" -- should be something like 5.5 or 6.0
