If your saying what I think you are saying the yokes are welded to the shaft and they are. All except one for sure. If I remember correctly and the later series are that way, there are three U-joints. The one by the front end and the one under the gas tank I think are hled on with a bolt. Never did too many model 60 steering shafts. No doubt you were going to change the u-joint kits? If I need to look my neighbor about 5 miles away has a nice restored 60 I can go look. More questions? J/
