Traction: Fluid filled vs Hang on

SO, we all disagree which is the best method to weight your tires using fluid, so heres another question(since Im staying up late). Would you get better traction by filling your tires with fluid or running a dry tire and strapping on wheel weights or other hang on weights? Lets assume we have one test tractor (It dont matter what brand guys) and two sets of matching tires. One set is filled with 500Lbs per tire of fluid. and the other set is just air, but you have 1,000Lbs of hang on weights. Which set would give you better traction in the field pulling a heavy implement? Which set would give you better traction pulling a weight sled on a track at a tractor pull? Seems to me like there can't be any better way to get the weight over the tires than to have them filled with fluid, but of course the hang on weights can be moved to the front or rear of the tractor to better distribute the weight.
O.K. Blast away lets here some opinions!!!!
