Old; Must be a JD baler. Just had the same problem on my 336. Miked a few things. Those plastic tie wraps for cables etc? one size I had on hand was 2/32. Figured tight or light drag was in order so went with that. I will have to get some pictures of my "rebuild of the fingers for you. Worked great and bales are in shop. Good luck, Bob
