Luke, I agree with Allan and others. I would plow. Then pull R.R. rail, old spiketooth harrows, or what have you to level it out. As Allan said after plowing pay particular attention to the smoothness. This is like painting now If ridges are there when you plant or paint, they will always be there afterward. And those ridges or lack of them will translaate back to operator comfort, ease of operation on your equipment. Good Luck. Later, John A.
