Fish, Get two old 30 gal oil drums and stand 'em on end under the bucket. Pull the control out all the way so that all the weight is on the barrels. Take another barrel (or something) and lay it on it's side under the cylinder you are working on but back about 4 or 5 feet making sure the front end of the cylinder will be slightly higher than the rear. Pull the pin that holds the cylinder ram to the head and let that cylinder down on that third barrel. There is a retaining collar at the forward end of the cylinder and it is held on by a short 3/8" or 7/16" bolt. Take this collor loose and then just pull that ram out of the cylinder. On the back end of the ram you will see the leather and its reinforcement spring. Change out both cylinders' leathers, put 'er back together and your back in business. Hope this helps, Allan
