O/T question for some one who knows chev and IH en

Heres the deal I have to fix and or replces the exhaust on my 1980 chev pickup, it has a 350 and I have a set of like new exhause off of an IH 345 engine. Would I be luky enough that the 2 of them would be a exact swap?? I know the trannys will swap so I'm hopeing the exhaust will also what do you guys think/know?
Thanks.
Also the exhause for the IH is dual and the chev right now is single and I would really like to go dual on the chev
