I have found that if you use a free email service like Hotmail the YT spam filters block it 90% of the time. When I list somthing to sell I put my email address right in the add so people can contact me directaly. If you respond to someones add and after you click send, a message that says somthing like spam blocker program pops up your message did not get forwarded. If it has been forwarded a message will pop up telling you it was forwarded to the seller. I think YT should do some work on the system as I think many requests are not being forwarded. I know I have responded to some of my own adds with a differant Hotmail address and none ever get through.
