Why close to Omaha? I have a nice place in Almena, Kansas (about 6 hours from Omaha). Small country community, place has almost 3 acres, solid house, central heat and air, double garage with workshop on end, small barn (15X30) with hay loft. Nice trees around the buildings and flat land. Inexpensive
