There was a tractor event held in conjunction with a car show here today,a 58 fordson major won the best overall, cost the guy 6000 to have it and the plow on behind painted!Beautiful. There was a Massey Pony looked like new and some homemade miniture tractors made out of chopped and refitted cockshutt and farmall grills and bonnets.A guy trucked a 1929 Catepiller crawler 200 miles,it was amazing to see and hear running. They had a slow tractor race,a 2cly JD MT had it won in a handbasket,,that is untill he stalled the thing.I took LOTS of pictures if anyone would like to see a few of them after i load them into my pc i can post them.Oh yeah, they had a beautiful JD D,first one i ever saw.phill
