Call your Department of Transportation and find out what licsences,certificates,DOT Numbers etc. a person needs to have to haul for hire.Call up your scammer and tell him you need these before you can Western Union any money.If he has them, check them out with DOT. We know he won't,so call back the DOT and give them all the info you have about this place.Just maybe they will do a sting and nail the *#$tard. I'm sure he's made himself pretty invisabe though.
