Even IF true, respond only through the secure site, as scammers will be sure to pick up on a new way to get your ebay personal information. Isn't it interesting how she criticizes the big corporations, yet her precious ebay has turned into one, with all the rules and requirements set up to make more mega$$$$$ for ebay, and NO help or personal service for the typical ebay user who encounters a problem!
