It will cover adjustments in a (Primedia) I&T shop manual for 3020 or simular tractors or a 3020 JD SM service manual. Adjust the linkage first and inspect pins, rods, bushings & shift quadrant on dash for wear. Also check the shifter arms on side of trans for wear first too. Then after adjusting or replacing those parts doesn't fix it you can wonder about other problems inside. Can also view the parts catalog online at JD Parts. http://jdparts.deere.com
