You'll need at least 2x8, maybe 2x10 on 16" centers for the rafters that flat. Check into trusses and figure on a 4/12 slope or higher to give them a chance to be strong enough.

Steel makes better siding.

2" of concrete, you might as well just dump in gravel because concrete that thin will turn to gravel just from walking on it.
