Unfortunately you are stuck paying the inflation. This is a pet peeve of mine. Ebay allows sellers to charge a handling fee. Just as long as it seems to be resonable. On low priced Items this may seem just like price gouging. Unless he give up you have no choice to pay the cost. There also maybe good reasons for him to charge he fee, like he may have drive 10 mile to the post office. Now myself I think it unfair to charge for the act of shipping above the costs its like going to the grocery store and being asked $5.00 to pack your stuff in the bag, The sellers have to deal with the cost of doing business just like other businesses. But on the other hand they do have the fact that a lot of the stuff sells for pocket change and where else can the items be had so convenitly. Just pay the bill suck it up and move on sorry ;((
