Listen! Flat out tell him this is the way it works!, maybee he dont get it? And by the way here is the bill from the last few feedings im an easy guy to get along with but what you are doing is wrong. He might be stupid, you dont know. Come off easy at first if he bites then you can educate him. If he come off rude and like an A$$, then apologize tell him you are just bein neighborly and the next time call animal control.
