Can you be a little more specific on the transmission model? Is this a small (single countershaft) or a larger (twin countershaft) transmission? The thin oil, is it maybe synthetic transmission fluid? If it is don't be mixing it with non synthetic oil, you will have a mess. We used to have a little bottle of it (the 2 mixed) we passed around in Spicer transmission classes, course that was 10 years ago.
