(My fondest memory as a child was riding on my dad's lap while he was harrowing our fields with the 135, I don't even let my 15 year old sister near it because she's so light and if she got hurt I'd be upset) If you won't let them ride with a bushhog, I wouldn't let them ride with a harrow.
