Might be time to get the Better Business guys involved. They SHOULD have notified you, but they didn't. It could have caused you some major financial troubles if you were a little short of funds and hadn't expected that extra charge. If they aren't returning your calls and otherwise trying to ignore you, go higher up the chain of command. Most businesses will back off once the BBB gets involved. Donovan from Wisconsin

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation.
