Contact the National Auctioneers Assn in Overland Park, Ks. and determine if The Company or individual owner is a member of NAA. (913 541 8084) Then ask to file a complaint with them if he is a member. Ask also if there is a State Auctioneer Assn in the State that the auction company is in. Get the phone number and address and follow up there. (In writing) While there really may be few or no tough things a Board can do (I just finished 4 years on mine) when you point out that this matter is getting national internet attention my guess is someone will have a talk with him.
