This doesn't only apply to tractor buying. When we go pheasant hunting, the guy with the oldest pickup goes up to ask permission. There's also a flip side. There's an oil pipeline project going on in my area. Many of the local landowners are griping about the low easements they are receiving. It doesn't help when the pipeline guys drive up in a brand new Cadillac Escalade to offer the easements...
