Trailering Equipment GVW Rating Question

I have a Mack with a GVWR of 26,000. It has an 18ft. flatbed and single axle w/ air over hydraulic brakes.
I am looking at getting a 26,000 GVWR Pintal trailer to move equipment.
Will this comdo let me move a 30,000lb. dozer?
Do the weights combine or how does it work?
