SEPTIC UPDATE

Hey guys, talked to previous owner and found out the closest point my laterals are to where the water is coming up is 40 - 50 yards. He said a spring came up in about that spot when he lived here. It only ran for a few weeks then diappeared. When I looked last night, there was a small but steady flow of water coming from the ground. The funky smell smelt more like rotting vegetation upon closer (sniff) inspection. Was seeing $$$$$$ for a while but now am quite relieved. Thank you all for your advice.
