Ive been there a time or two, Nothing as big as a tractor.
The real bottom line is that if the seller refuses, there isn't a whole lot you can realisticly do. Just the same as if a buyer refuses to pay. Lawsuits would cost more than they are worth. If you send him money without being able to get your hands on the tractor, you are probably out your money, unless you are willing to sue. Ebay won't help
