This is what I was told by a lawyer about the same type of deal, only it was regular auction not Ebay. Any purchase you make or item you sell has 3 business days for the transaction to be canceled. Also if no money was exchanged there is no legal contract. I said the heck with it and ended up buying a better tractor for less. As for the lawyer I presumed he was up on the laws, took his word for it and walked away. Good luck.
