There are PLENTY of tractors of ALL kinds out there that can be bought in the ole fashion "SAFE" way. It does require a little more effort than punching a keyboard though. Why in *ell would you buy a TRACTOR off E-BAY anyway??? Small items, maybe, but not tractors! There's only two reasons for someone to list a tractor on E-Bay. They either want way too much for it, or they are going to be dishonest about it in some way, and need to be isolated from the consequences for their actions. If you "play", you "pay"! The internet is nice,but the "SCUM" is thick because they can't be cought and if they are it's almost impossable to prove "intent".
