Gary I'm over in eastern Nebraska and we have a pivot that covers 257 acres. To put on one inch of Water cost's us about 300 gallons of Diesel. (Times whatever figure you want to put in). We bought fuel on contract for 204. so that helps. We get (depending on rain) about 120 to 140 on corn on dryland. Maybe a little more. Last year we put on seven inches of water and averaged 223 bushels.
