What is the seed aplication rate. And planting, if I dont have a seed drill what would be best way to seed in? And how deep should it be planted. What is the rate (time) of germ? Oh and yes the enviromental conditions are simular to the flat lands of Kansas cold winters, wet springs, dry hot summers. Thanks
