I"m with Allan, I thought it was strange the first time I heard someone talk about fertilizing wheat every year...I remember once in a while putting some anhydrous ammonia on (maybe once every 5-8 years, nasty stuff, my eyes burn just thinking about the smell). Just plant it, with fertilizer costs what they are, I can"t imagine you would gain enough yeild to pay for the fertilizer...
