I would be real surprised if you made any head way with a favorable agreement. Thos type of people just wnat it all and then some. Believe me I went thru it and the bad part is most of the stupid cities,town, and counties allow these people to harass you and do all they can to let them and then turn around and say it is not selective enforcement. sad days in a free country where no one can live and just live.
