Kubota L3010 price

I am looking at a 2001 Kubota 3010 GST 4x4 with a front end loader with 1800 + hours. The dealer says they have completed all maintenance to the tune of $3500. I will need to see what type of maintenance was done. I have them down to 10K. Tractor seems to work fine? Is this in the ballpark?
