I worry about liability on all sorts of issues.My neighbor asked if he could put a bridge on the back of my property to cross into the woods at the property line.I reluctantly agreed.Helped him carry it back there.Next thing hes got his little nephew learning to ride on my side of the bridge.Also taking guys into my place to test ride ATVs he is selling.One day the bridge washed down stream about 100 yards.I brought it back cause it was hard to cross the stream without it.After a year it washed downstream again and I left it there.I learned to cross the stream without it although I did flip the ATV onto myself a couple times.My neighbor flipped his and stopped going that way anymore.Im kinda glad he did.Now the cops have an ATV to catch people riding in the woods with no insurance so I rarley go up there anymore unless its the middle of the night or raining real hard.People will take advantage.
