You all are right about making the kids work to pay for the damage. When I was a boy I was told to respect my elders. Now at 75, I am told to respect these young jerks. Lived too long. the circle has gone more than once around. The neighbor young man????? has wrecked more vehicles in 5 years than I have owned in my lifetime, has not had a drivers license sinc he wasa 16 and lost it DUI and yesterday took a shot at his mom after she screamed at him for wrecking her 6 week old $40,000 Lexus. When we have complained to her about the many actions of her children (3 boys all the same) she always replied "boys will be boys". The cops come there at least once a month to arest one or the other of them. Who is to Blame??? Only the mother . 3 boys, 3 different fathers and none in the household. Some one will be killed before its all over. I pray its not one of my family.
