Sounds like you have an oil pump problem the relief valve in the oil pump is stuck . if engine was new & tight it would blow the filter off the engine . Had this to happen on 68 ford
F-100 360 engine at about 60,000 Miles of course would have to be in winter with temp about 20 deg and me with no place to work inside . Had to take oil pan off not easy job laying on ground with wind blowing under truck .
